1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 5jeta9 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 5jeta9 website located at https://5jeta9.net and all related services, games, betting markets, promotions, and features offered therein.

By completing the account registration process, by clicking any "I agree" or equivalent checkbox during registration, or by simply accessing or using any part of the 5jeta9 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and, if applicable, close your account.

These Terms apply in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. Where these Terms are silent on a matter, those supplementary policies shall apply. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document published on the platform, these Terms shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 5jeta9 platform is subject to the following strict eligibility requirements. You represent and warrant that you meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 5jeta9 does not permit players under the age of 18 to register, deposit funds, or participate in any betting or gaming activity under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and entirely of your own free will, for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, and the funds you deposit are solely your own and are not derived from any unlawful activity.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 5jeta9 or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment processing partners.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 5jeta9 or any other gambling platform in a manner that would render your registration a violation of that exclusion arrangement.
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk, and you accept that risk knowingly and willingly.

5jeta9 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Such documents may include a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identification. If you are unable or unwilling to provide satisfactory proof of age, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until verification is completed.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on the 5jeta9 platform. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether under the same name, address, device, IP address, email address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances held across those accounts.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your account and to update that information promptly if it changes. 5jeta9 is not liable for any losses, delays, or failed transactions arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player. Providing false or misleading registration details — including but not limited to a false name, date of birth, address, or payment method ownership — is a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any other person. 5jeta9 will treat any action performed from your account as having been authorised by you unless you have previously notified us in writing that your account security has been compromised.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 5jeta9 immediately by contacting [email protected]. We recommend that you choose a strong, unique password and that you change it regularly. 5jeta9 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to security and responsible gaming, 5jeta9 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or when a suspicious activity flag is raised. KYC documentation typically includes proof of identity (national ID, passport) and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of withdrawal requests pending satisfactory verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5jeta9 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 5jeta9 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently of 5jeta9.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the Cashier section of your account at the time of the transaction. These limits are subject to change without prior notice; players are encouraged to check current limits before initiating a transaction. As a general reference, minimum deposits start from ৳200 for most mobile banking methods.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of approval, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements. 5jeta9 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing withdrawals of any amount. Withdrawal requests submitted during peak match periods (e.g., BPL or T20 World Cup match evenings) may be subject to slightly extended processing times. All approved withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.

4.4 Funds Ownership

By depositing funds into your 5jeta9 account, you confirm that those funds belong solely to you and are not derived from any illegal, fraudulent, or unlawful source. 5jeta9 may freeze account balances and refuse withdrawal processing if there is reasonable suspicion that deposited funds are connected to financial crime, bonus abuse, or collusion. In such circumstances, 5jeta9 may report the matter to relevant financial authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 5jeta9 are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual promotion. These Terms provide the general framework; promotion-specific pages provide the detail. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific page and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the promotion page explicitly states otherwise.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and any game-contribution percentages are set out in the individual promotion terms. Players are responsible for reading and understanding these requirements before claiming any bonus. 5jeta9 will not reverse bonus claims on the basis that the player did not read the associated conditions.

5.3 One Bonus Per Player

Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, each player is entitled to claim any given promotional offer once only. Attempts to claim a bonus multiple times by opening additional accounts, using different payment methods under the same identity, or any other method constitutes bonus abuse and is a violation of these Terms. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their balances forfeited and their accounts closed.

5.4 Promotional Amendments

5jeta9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Where a promotion is ongoing, reasonable notice will be given before the terms are amended. Players who have already opted into a promotion and are partway through meeting its wagering requirements at the time of any amendment will be subject to the original terms under which they opted in, to the extent that is practically possible.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on 5jeta9 — including cricket betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, and other markets — are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport and market in question. Bet settlement is carried out on the basis of official match results as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket). In the event of a dispute regarding match outcome, 5jeta9's determination based on official data feeds shall be final.

5jeta9 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error due to a pricing error, technical fault, or the use of information not available to the general public at the time of bet placement. Voided bets are returned to the player's wallet as a stake refund. 5jeta9 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of a player's reliance on incorrect odds that were subsequently corrected.

6.2 Casino & Live Casino Games

Casino game outcomes on 5jeta9 — including slots, live baccarat, live roulette, live blackjack, Dragon Tiger, and fishing games — are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical dealing of cards and spinning of wheels conducted by trained dealers in studios operated by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. 5jeta9 does not control or influence individual game outcomes beyond selecting reputable, certified game providers.

6.3 Technical Faults

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or platform outage during an active game session or live bet, 5jeta9's records of bets placed and game states at the time of the fault shall be the definitive record for settlement purposes. Where a fair settlement cannot be determined from the available records, the stake will be returned to the player. 5jeta9 accepts no liability for losses that a player attributes to a technical fault unless the fault is demonstrably caused by platform-side infrastructure failure.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 5jeta9 platform. Any player found to have engaged in any of the following actions will have their account suspended immediately, their balances forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Match fixing or insider information: Placing bets using information that is not publicly available, or engaging in or facilitating match fixing in any form.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, tournament, or betting market to gain an unfair advantage.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through multiple account registration, use of third-party payment credentials, or any other method designed to claim bonuses in excess of the permitted entitlement.
• Fraudulent payment activity: Using stolen, borrowed, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to fund a 5jeta9 account, or initiating illegitimate chargebacks on deposits.
• Automated betting software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the platform without human involvement.
• Account sharing: Permitting any other person to access, use, or bet through your 5jeta9 account, or accessing any other player's account.
• Abusive behaviour: Using threatening, harassing, or abusive language or conduct directed at 5jeta9 staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your 5jeta9 account at any time by contacting [email protected] with a written request. Before closure is processed, all pending bets will be settled in accordance with standard rules, and any remaining balance in your wallet will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC verification being completed. Players seeking closure for responsible gaming reasons are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tools available under their account settings, which take effect more immediately than a standard closure request.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by 5jeta9

5jeta9 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account, at its sole discretion, in any of the following circumstances: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) suspected or confirmed fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity; (c) failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; (d) a player's own request under the responsible gaming self-exclusion programme; (e) regulatory or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure; or (f) any other circumstance in which continued account activity would expose 5jeta9 or other players to unacceptable risk.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 5jeta9 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance depending on the nature and severity of the breach. In all other closure scenarios, verified balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a commercially reasonable timeframe.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. 5jeta9 will contact the player at the registered email address prior to applying any dormancy policy. Players are encouraged to log in to their account at least once every twelve months if they wish to maintain an active account status. Dormancy fees, if applicable, will be published separately in the platform's fee schedule accessible via the Cashier section.
